My name is Frederick Webb, commonly known as Freddie. I was born in 1999 in Bath, UK. I have been involved in triathlon since the age of 14, where I came from a swimming-based background. Having competed in national and regional championships within swimming. Once I once took the plunge to triathlon, I quickly found my feet competing at a national/international level.

I am currently still a professional triathlete competing in middle to long distance (70.3 to Ironman). From 2019, I have taken ownership over my own training, which has allowed me to learn loads about the sport and the keys to improving performance. This learning has allowed me to further increase my passion for seeing others develop.

I take great pleasure in helping to share my knowledge of the sport. I pride myself on​ being able to structure a training plan around athletes’ daily life and family commitments. Delivering performance based upon a scientific approach, helping to use data and the fundamentals of physiology to help you deliver to your best.

Having qualified in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage from Cardiff Metropolitan University, having previously studied a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Science at Bath College, I also have a Level 3 in Sports Massage and I am aspiring to do a Master’s in Sports Rehabilitation.

With a wealth of experience racing in both the UK and international triathlon, understanding the delicate balance of training, recovery, and life. My bespoke coaching plans are crafted around you— your fitness level, goals, and schedule—ensuring every session counts.
