Our Services

Monthly Coaching
£224.00 every month

Month on month coaching, with just one month’s leave notice.
Our monthly coaching package offers personalised training plans tailored to your goals, fitness level and schedule, with weekly session plans for swim, bike and run, strengths and recovery guidance, and progressive load adjustments.
You’ll receive one-to-one coaching feedback via messaging, frequent video or phone reviews, nutrition and race-day planning, and access to performance tracking and analysis. Suitable for beginners to experienced triathletes, the package focuses on measurable improvement, injury prevention and consistent progression.

Annual Coaching
£185.00 every month for 1 year

1 year (12 months) minimum term:

Offers everything the annual package does but you are locked in for 12 months. Offering personalised training plans tailored to your goals, fitness level and schedule, with weekly session plans for swim, bike and run, strengths and recovery guidance, and progressive load adjustments.
You’ll receive one-to-one coaching feedback via messaging, frequent video or phone reviews, nutrition and race-day planning, and access to performance tracking and analysis. Suitable for beginners to experienced triathletes, the package focuses on measurable improvement, injury prevention and consistent progression

Junior 1-2-1 Coaching (under 18)
£110.00 every month

Coaching for Junior athletes (under the age of 18). All coaching will be done direct with athlete and parents. Month on month coaching, with just one month’s leave notice.

  • I’ve been with Fred from the start of his coaching and in this time seen myself improve massively both in triathlon and mindset. We have learned a lot about each other and the requirements of myself personally are also met in reaching my best protential in training and races that fit my personal life. From being a…. I just want to finish the race ….to a gold AWA athlete and Gb qualifier would only show the progression we’ve made. No matter your goals, ambitions or the level you're at what you want to achieve will be met and if like myself you’ll most likely go beyond what you think you can do.
