Frequently Asked Questions

  • The biggest difference between me and other coaching outfits, is the fact that I want it as much as you do.

I am are professional athlete, still competing at the highest level at all race distances from super sprint all the way to Ironman.

This gives a unique experience to coached athletes, where they feel heard and understood throughout their training experiences. We've not only learned from our experience so that we can help you achieve your goals, but we are still going through it day to day so that you don't feel like your on your own in your journey. Being relatable and educated in the profession allows us to apply it to your success in and around sport.

That combined with a completely bespoke experience per athlete and unlimited communication, makes for highly successful athletes who achieve their goals, whether it be to complete a triathlon, or win at the World Championships.

  • This is completely down to you. We start by talking to you and understanding your weekly availability to train. Everyones life is unique with work/life commitments. We cater personally to this and create a plan that works best for you.

  • Not at all. Whatever the magazines tell you, you don't need a power meter/fancy bike to start!
HR is a really good measure to start with, watch or chest/arm strap.

All of these tools can be very useful but only in certain situations and they're definitely not a must.

  • There is no black and white answer here but it truly is a case of the longer the better. Endurance performance is about patience and consistency over a long time.
