Who is Frederick Webb - Triathlon?
I’m Frederick “Freddie” Webb, born in Bath in 1999. I began in the pool — a competitive swimming background that led me to triathlon at 14. After racing at regional and national swimming meets, I switched focus and quickly progressed to national and international triathlon competition. I’m now a professional triathlete specialising in middle- to long-distance events (70.3 to Ironman).
Since 2019 I’ve been managing my own training, which has taught me a huge amount about how to improve performance. That journey sparked a real passion for coaching, and I enjoy sharing the practical lessons and strategies I’ve learned.
My coaching builds plans that fit your life — work, family and everything else. It’s performance-driven and science-based: we use data and physiological principles to maximise training effect while protecting recovery. Communication is open and flexible so we can adapt plans to your needs and progress.

Will this work for me?
Yes — here’s why it will work:
Safe, evidence-informed programmes built from formal qualifications and hands-on rehabilitation knowledge.
Practical, race-proven coaching from someone who still competes and understands the demands of balancing life with training.
Individualised plans that prioritise your goals, recovery and schedule so every session has purpose.
Access to specialist skills (open-water technique, video analysis, sports massage insight) that speed progress and reduce injury risk.
If you want, I can outline a sample 12-week plan for your event, or suggest a short questionnaire so I can start building a personalised programme. Which would you prefer?
