Testimonials

  • I’ve found working along side you even during off season and not doing ridiculous hours of training due to the continuous contact and adaptations tailored to me and your expect advice and guidance I’ve seen more improvements in my training than pushing through 10 hour weeks just trying to produce volume of training. Can’t fault you at all, always there whenever I need anything an looking forward to the new year and getting into some big training blocks

    — Oliver Dochery

  • I’ve started with Freddie since the autumn and find the training varied and polarised enough so I can train hard recover and feel like I’m getting fitter and still manage it all around a busy job and supporting my kids with all their training too. The things i value ..like being able to feedback and get feedback in general or session by session are great .. looking forward to racing again this year with Freddie’s guidance after a season or two not doing much

  • I was introduced to Freddie through a mutual friend who was already using his coaching services. I had just finished with another coach and wasn’t seeing the benefit, but I’m very glad I was pushed towards Freddie. He took me from couch to my first 70.3 and not only that but made sure I enjoyed the experience so much I signed up for my next one a week later. I would recommend Fred to anyone that is thinking about his coaching services. Especially if like me you lead a busy lifestyle and needed flexibility in your plans.

  • I’ve been with Fred from the start of his coaching and in this time seen myself improve massively both in triathlon and mindset. We have learned a lot about each other and the requirements of myself personally are also met in reaching my best protential in training and races that fit my personal life. From being a…. I just want to finish the race ….to a gold AWA athlete and Gb qualifier would only show the progression we’ve made. No matter your goasl, ambitions or the level your at what you want to achieve will be met and if like myself you’ll most likely go beyond what you think you can do. Nothing complicated at any point is good for me and I’m still very much enjoying all we set out to do. Can’t recommend getting involved enough and being part of team Fred as we say 👊

    — Danny Young

  • I was recommended working with Freddie after completing my first sprint triathlon and catching a taste of the triathlon bug. Freddie has helped me build so much confidence in all three disciplines and tailors my training to get the best out of me, regularly hitting PBs and generally feeling fit and strong. Freddie has continuously worked collaboratively, adapting my training around other commitments and I continue to be grateful for his ongoing support. I would recommend Freddie to anyone looking to start out in triathlon, or more generally to hit fitness goals or accountability.

My own success

I’ve competed across sprint, Olympic and middle-distance triathlons, consistently improving my times and podiuming in regional races while also taking top-10 finishes at several national-level events; as a professional athlete I’ve balanced intense training blocks with race-day strategy, posting personal bests in both swim and bike splits and regularly closing strongly on the run. My race resume includes coaching myself to faster transitions, executing disciplined nutrition and pacing plans, and using race data to refine training—skills I now bring to athletes I coach. Whether chasing a first finish line or a podium spot, my results reflect a commitment to continuous improvement, smart preparation and the race-day composure that comes from experience.
