Frederick Webb Triathlon’s – 12 Week Training Plan

This is a one-off payment. What you will receive for this is:

What you’ll receive is the Premium Coaching Package, which includes expert planning and periodisation.  This means a fully periodised training schedule covering the 12-week build you want for your goal. You will get sent a 12-week template with the lead-up to the event, including a taper week for the week before the race.

Each week is designed to challenge you while allowing adequate recovery, helping you improve without burnout or injury.

£200 one off payment.

A 12-week race plan tailored to your event: tell me your constraints (e.g. 8–10 hrs/week, 1 swim/week, turbo sessions for the bike). I’ll customize the plan to your needs — then you follow it. Book a quick call and we’ll finalise training details and goals.
