This is mentoring, not full coaching. I’ll talk through training and create a development plan. Each athlete gets a personalised approach. I’ll be available to advise and guide athletes as they balance swim, bike and run sessions with school and exams. Parents are involved from start to finish.

The mentoring package includes:

  • Expert planning and detailed programming: Coaching informed by the highest level of knowledge, delivered with clear, structured plans tailored to your goals and daily life.

  • Guaranteed regular contact: At least one scheduled call per month, with additional monthly or bi-monthly calls to review the previous training block, plan the next block, and discuss what worked and what didn’t.

  • Premium TrainingPeaks support: Daily TrainingPeaks workouts with comments and responses, plus unlimited text support for quick questions and guidance.

  • Session analysis and feedback: Daily analysis of completed sessions via TrainingPeaks to track progress and adjust training.

  • Strength & conditioning: Gym sessions planned and written specifically for triathletes, with S&C integrated into your training plan.

  • Remote technique coaching: Video-based form analysis for swim, bike and run, with actionable feedback to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk.

  • Equipment guidance: Detailed discussions on equipment choices and decision-making support to help you select the right gear.

  • Season planning: A full season roadmap — we’ll map out your entire season, build periodized blocks, and set peak windows around your key events.

  • Close coach-athlete relationship: Open, responsive communication (WhatsApp, phone calls, voice notes) to develop a strong, supportive coaching relationship.

  • Data-driven training: Lab-quality testing and data used to accurately prescribe sessions for optimal performance (lab testing available at additional cost).
