Starting from £110 GBP,

All the perks of the Platinum package, however for athletes under 18 years old.

What you’ll receive is the Premium Coaching Package, which includes expert planning and periodisation.  This means a fully periodised training schedule covering your entire season and goals, all mapped out in the Season Roadmap. You’ll also get weekly training uploads, usually on Sundays or your preferred day.  Plus, you’ll have monthly or bi-monthly video or phone calls to review the previous block and plan the next.

  • Detailed race planning is also included, covering everything from taper and warm-up to pacing strategy and a race-day checklist.  Lab-based testing data is used to inform and refine your training zones and session intensity, though testing is available at an additional cost.

  • Throughout the month, you’ll receive day-to-day coaching and responsiveness.  This means unlimited calls texts voice notes and WhatsApp – communication as often as you need.  You’ll also get daily training tweaks and real-time adjustments based on how you feel or what life throws at you.  Daily coach comments and session analysis are delivered through TrainingPeaks.

  • Weekly coach voice recordings or text summaries will summarise your week’s goals key sessions and priorities.  You’ll also get session-level detail and feedback, with the highest level of knowledge applied to session design and execution.  Daily analysis of training sessions in TrainingPeaks provides actionable feedback.

  • Detailed planned training peaks and race-specific sessions will help you develop fitness for your priority events.  Gym and strength and conditioning sessions will be written and integrated into your plan.

  • Technique, equipment and nutrition support is also included.  This means remote video form analysis for swim, bike and run with specific drills and cues to improve technique.  Detailed race and training nutrition planning will help you fuel for long sessions, race fuelling strategy and hydration.  In-depth equipment discussions and tailored recommendations will help you make informed purchase decisions.

  • Finally, you’ll have a close, supportive coach-athlete relationship with high communication and personalised attention.  There’s a strong emphasis on honest feedback and collaborative planning to suit your daily life and commitments.  Plus, you’ll get exclusive discounts on partner brands that support our athletes.

  • Outline a sample four-week microcycle.

Parents involved in the whole process. Personalised all-in-one coaching for swim, bike, run, strength and recovery. Weekly sessions with gradual load increases, injury prevention, and clear progress tracking. One-to-one feedback by message, regular video or phone reviews, plus nutrition and race-day planning. Suited to beginners through experienced triathletes. No hidden fees.
